Ingredients

  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts diced
  • ½ tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 (8 ounce) package fat-free cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • ½ cup fat-free blue cheese salad dressing
  • ½ cup Buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot®)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded smoked Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the diced chicken and garlic powder, cooking for 5-8 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink and fully cooked.
  • Spread the softened cream cheese evenly in the bottom of an oven-safe dish, like a round pie dish.
  • Layer the cooked chicken and crumbled blue cheese (if using) on top of the cream cheese base.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the blue cheese dressing and buffalo wing sauce. Pour this mixture evenly over the chicken layer.
  • Sprinkle the shredded smoked cheddar cheese across the top.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the cheese on top is melted and bubbly.
  • Let the dip rest for 2-3 minutes after removing from the oven. Stir to mix everything together beautifully before serving.
