Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package directions, then drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup of mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well until creamy.
Stir the cooked noodles into the cheese mixture, ensuring they’re evenly coated.
Grease an 11x7-inch baking dish and spread 1 cup of pasta sauce across the bottom.
Layer half of the noodle mixture over the sauce, top with 1 cup of sauce, and repeat with the remaining noodles and sauce.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella over the top for that perfect cheesy crust.
Cover the dish with greased foil and bake for 10–15 minutes, until heated through and bubbly. Serve hot and enjoy!
