Ingredients

  • 8 oz regular cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup real mayonnaise
  • 4 oz can diced jalapeno peppers, drained
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and position the rack in the upper-middle position.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, mayonnaise, diced jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground cumin. Mix until smooth and evenly combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe serving dish, using a rubber spatula to spread it out evenly.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the dip.
  • Bake for 20–30 minutes, until the dip is bubbly and the topping is golden brown. Keep an eye on it so the topping doesn’t over-brown.
  • Serve warm with toasted crostini, butter crackers, or even some fresh veggie sticks for dipping.
