  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 12 chicken drumsticks skin removed

  • Prep the marinade: In a large bowl, whisk together the honey, sweet chili sauce, and soy sauce until smooth.
  • Marinate the chicken: Add the drumsticks to the bowl, ensuring each piece is coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for deeper flavor.
  • Preheat the grill: Heat your grill to medium-high and lightly oil the grate to prevent sticking.
  • Grill the drumsticks: Arrange the drumsticks on the grill and cook for 10 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F, and juices run clear.
  • Baste & caramelize: During the last 5 minutes, brush the chicken with the reserved marinade for a sticky, glossy glaze.
