Ingredients

  • Cooking spray To grease your baking dish and prevent sticking.
  • 1 ½ cups shredded skinless rotisserie chicken breast A time-saving hero for this recipe.
  • ½ (8-ounce) package cream cheese Cut into chunks - For creamy indulgence in every bite.
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper Adds a little extra kick (optional if you prefer milder spice).
  • cup ranch dressing Balances the heat with creamy, herby goodness.
  • cup Buffalo-style hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's® Red Hot®) The star ingredient that brings the buffalo flavor.
  • 3 ounces shredded cheddar cheese Melty and gooey, it blends beautifully.
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese Optional for that tangy, savory punch.

  • Pour the buffalo sauce evenly over the top of the chicken mixture. Next, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • Place the dish in your preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the dip is warmed through and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle the top with crumbled blue cheese. Serve warm with your favorite dippers, like celery sticks, carrot sticks, tortilla chips, or crackers.

Notes

Try customizing this recipe by swapping cheeses, adjusting the spice level, or using canned chicken or turkey instead of rotisserie chicken. For a dairy-free option, substitute with plant-based alternatives.
