- 12 ounces penne or rigatoni pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced (rotisserie chicken works great!)
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce store-bought or homemade
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese divided
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup broccoli florets optional, for a veggie boost
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Nonstick cooking spray
Prepare the sauce and mix
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Alfredo sauce, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir in the shredded chicken and broccoli (if using).
Bake to perfection
