For the sliders:
- 1 loaf of 12-count slider buns brioche or Hawaiian rolls
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup freshly grated sharp white cheddar cheese
- Sprinkle of sesame seeds
For the house sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Slice the slider buns horizontally, keeping the top and bottom halves intact. Place the bottom buns on a baking sheet.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it into small crumbles as it cooks. Stir in ketchup and mustard and mix until well-coated.
Layer the sliced sharp cheddar cheese over the bottom buns. Add the ground beef mixture on top, spreading it evenly. Drizzle the house sauce over the beef, then sprinkle on the grated cheddar.
Top with the slider buns. Brush the tops with melted butter or olive oil and sprinkle on sesame seeds.
Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly golden.
Slice and serve immediately, along with more house sauce for dipping!
