Ingredients
  

  • 3 avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 2 Roma tomatoes diced
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 pinch ground cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Gather all the ingredients so you’re ready to go.
  • Mash the avocados in a medium bowl using a fork or potato masher. Add the lime juice and salt, mixing until combined and creamy.
  • Fold in the diced tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and garlic. Stir until evenly distributed.
  • If you like an extra kick, sprinkle in a pinch of cayenne pepper and mix again.
  • Serve immediately, or for even better flavor, cover tightly and refrigerate for about an hour before serving.
