- 1 cup pumpkin puree not pumpkin pie filling
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice a cozy blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Optional:
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar or Lakanto sugar-free sweetener for added sweetness
- Crushed almonds or a sprinkle of cinnamon for topping
